I am trying to think of a white comedian's name of the late 60's and during the 70's who would use words out of context. An example that I remember is the punch line to a joke that I have since forgotten - " the guy had a Cadillac arrest". He would constantly use substitution words in place of the appropriate word. He wasn't the hottest comic at the time nor since, but he was funny to watch. He was also on a lot of different shows featuring Joey Bishop. Thanks for any help you can give me here.
