B, Because I feel that that is the center of all emotions and information that is comming from the rest of your body. The Heart has no cognitive information to give, that emotional info is still comming from your head. Horoscopes were designed by people who had no clue what those spots of lights were and feel that they were gods controlling everything in their lives, so they made tables and tried to figure out the emotional and thought patterns of those that were born in certain parts of the year. Like the heart the body has no cognitive information to give it can only feel it's surroundings by touch, smell, sight, taste, and sound. it would have some barring on what the head desides. The HEAD is the judge of all feelings.

I should listen to my head but a lot of times I end up listening to my heart, which tends to get me into trouble sometimes.
