Sperm can not live outside the body...it dies pretty quickly so the answer to your question would be NO.

When you look at how hard some people try to get pregnant. It is highly unlikely. There is so many factors. She would have to be ovulating to start with. Washing your hands should have done the trick. If you are really stressed you can always go to the drs for the morning after pill.

It's not likely that she'll get pregnant if your washed your hands. If you're concerned have her take a home pregnancy test 10 days after the incident and again 20 days after the incident. If both are negative then you're homefree.
