in a nut shell, N.K managed to develop Nuclear weapons. The U.S is of course not happy because N.K is perceived as an enemy and a threat. U.S trying to find a solution to end the development of WMD by N.K

Some think it will collapse because their economy is in a terrible condition. There was a famine a few years ago and things are not improving.
