Honestly, society has gotten too easy and lenient on people who don't deserve our forgiveness.

While God is the only true judge and is to decide who deserves to be forgiven, I'd rather not.

I'm tired of paying my tax dollars to give these people a place to live in prison and food to live on.

I'd rather my tax dollars go to people in need who deserve it.

Child Predator- Castration and Lobotomy
Murderers- Capitol Punishment
Rapists- Castration, put into a locked Mental Health-Prison facility. Judge will decide the length of incarceration.

Death. End of story. Child molestors cannot be cured. Most of them don't want to be cured anyhow. For all the people that cry about how the death penalty is antiquated, do me a favor, go work in a prison for a year. You'll see how the criminals have more rights than you'd believe and how much they bi*ch and moan about having to be in jail for crimes they committed. This society has a bad habit of forgetting the victims and holding criminals to their heart because they don't want to hurt anyone. Guess what, criminals don't care who they hurt, kill or molest. If you believe their sob story, all the better.

yes, bcoz in present day society crime rate is alarmingly high, criminals are equipped with technological weapons and they show no mercy to their victims, law is strict in dealing such criminals yet crime rate increases in every country one or another,so such punishments are need of the hour.criminals like "child predator"must be must punished severely according to the law of the land,it should taken care that once punishment is a moral to others,so such type of heinous crimes can avoided.

I cannot support capital punishment for any crime, regardless of how heinous it is. Life, no parole would be my suggestion. Once the other prisoners catch wind of his crimes, he'll be someones bi*** in no time, that is wose than death in my opinion.

For those who say, "Oh, that would be too expensive!" I reply:

1. The state is a terrible determinant of justice, I for one, am not willing to gamble any person's life that the state was 100% and there are no take-backs on death.

2. Releasing those guilty of silly statutory and so-called "victomless" crimes should be released from jail has those sorts of laws are just silly anyways and would save the state, and in theory, tax payers billions annually.

In this case I am a firm believer in capital punishment. The man has sick issues in the head and there is no cure.

I do not think the capitol should be used as a place of punishment. Where would they put the cell blocks? In the rotunda? No, I'm definitely against that.

I would place him in an old barn, then place a nail through his penis and balls and hammer them on an unmovable plank, then light the barn on fire hand him a knife and let him do the rest.

I won't even go into detail of what I told my husband they should do to people like that. It's horrifying to think of the disgusting things that he did to those poor children....I think he should have to suffer such horrific consequences!
