Death is my favorite character in the Discworld series. Which books should I read to get the best of Him?

I think he actually appears in all of them, or close to anyway. The books in which he or Susan are central characters are: Mort, Reaper Man, Soul Music, Hogfather, and Thief of Time.

In Thief of Time he appears a LOT, because it's about the end of the world and such. He appears a bit in the Fifth Elephant but not much. A few more where there's a significant bit of him (along with Death of Rats of course) are Last Continent where he's pretty big and especially Mort. Mort is Death's apprentice. I think he's there in Moving Pictures too but I don't remember fully.
