Every time i try to download something it sayd file not found or i dont have permission. I AM THE ADMINISTRATER

Windows can not acces the specified Device, Path, or File. You May not have the appropriate permission to acces the Item. <==== This is what it tells me when ever i download things

I have Spyhunter, zonealarm and that So i cant be a virus, scan runs every 12 Hours

I tried what the first guy said, but it still says same thing, I can get to the download screen but right b4 it is ready it says the same thing

Ok you either have a Pop-Up blockers settings to high so it refuses downloads.
Now If you have downloaded your SPK2 ( service pack 2 ) then you should see an information bar pop up under your address bar. All you have to do is click on it.
Go into your IE under TOOLS and then you can click the SECURITY tab and change your settings for each.
Then you can click on your Privacy Tab and change that setting aswell.
It sounds like your Security settings are set to high and is blocking all POP-Ups included downloads.

you need to clean out your computer. Spyware or adware or even a virus has you locked down. try deleting all your cookies and all your history can help. Get your antivirus up to date and run a scan.

Are you sure your using a account with permission?
You have your security settings a little too secure.
