Wow did you open the floodgate! Looks like another one of those 12,000 + answers! I'll take this at face value without considering health or anything else. Scallops. But only DIVER'S scallops, huge & fresh, not previously frozen. Very very briefly sauteed in evoo & adding anything other than freshly ground pepper & sea salt would be gilding the lily. Unfortunately, they cost about $16. a pound where I live! I LOVE all seafood but yes sir--that would have to be it! (Great question.)
