It was Peyton Manning with 49 tosses in 2004. To NASER......WHHHAAAAAA!!!!!!! Like it or not pretty boy, a forward pass is a forward pass whether it be underhand or overhand. Though you'll never see it in anything but a minor league game as a gag, underhand pitching is still legal in BASEBALL, not just softball, so get over your "quirky rule" complex!
