You’re ‘tootin right it would be a good fight! (I suspect that in the crossover (amalgam) universe they would be Doomjugs, or Naughttoday, or something like that. )
It all boils down to, Is magic more powerful than genetic science? Because Juggy was originally powered by the ruby which held the Crimson Bands of Cytorrak, and Doomsy was a genetic experiment by the ancestors of the Psions or one of the other nasty alien races in the DCU.
In too many realms of fiction, ‘magic’ is used synonymously with “I don’t understand how it works” or “It always beats technology”. IF Marvel and DC agree to use magic with the latter definition, then Juggernaut wins. If not, then Doomsday wins. It’s a simple as that.
(But I wouldn’t want to be within an ICBM’s throw of the fight…!)
Juggernaut was originally defeated when they loosened his magic helmet, then Angel flew in and ripped it off, which took away his psionic defenses, and Professor X was able to fry his half-brother’s mind. (Yeah, they’re half brothers. All in the family, you know…?)
I suppose that Doomsday could eventually rip his helmet off, too. But does Doomsday have any psionic attacks…? I seriously doubt it. I get the impression that the only kind of defenses Doomsday has is to evolve a superior response to PHYSICAL harm.
Might not Juggy just get mad and whale on Doomsy all the more…?
And, while you]re at it, as long as you’re going to pair up the heavy hitters, why be a piker…?
Why not… Doomsday vs Hulk…?

Tough call. It would come down to whether Juggernaut had an upper limit to his strength and invulnerability. If he did, and if it was lower than Doomsday's then Dommsdat would win. If Juggernaut's limits wer higher then he would win. Based on what was seen in the comics from both of them...I would have to put my money on Doomsday, although in doing so he just might not have enough strenght left to recover from his own injuries.

doomsday b/c he took out superman wether juggernaut is old school or not he is no superman.

juggy's helmet only deals with protection from professor x's mental powers.
juggy would destroy him 10x over because he can't be hurt or feel pain and is superstrong.
There is no limit to this.
Doomsday has a limit and can be hurt.
