NO.
The common cold is a virus and has absolutely nothing to do with how cold you get. You are a warm blooded Mammal. Unless you are suffering from hypothermia (so a cold is the least of your worries) your body temperature will not change significantly weather you are inside or out.
The reason that more people get sick during cold weather is that more people are around each other within an enclosed area (inside a warm house). During the summer you keep the windows open (fresh air), or are outside with grater distance between each other.
Think about it this way, if you are sick and in the hospital with extreme lung illness they put you in a tent and pump COLD moist air into it. Just like the Cold air outside.

The way I understand it is that if you are in the cold too long, your body's immune system is weakened temporarily, allowing the cold virus to attack and make you sick. Eating cold food? I don't know about that, but I guess it can still apply if the cold food weakens your immune system.

No, you can't get sick from eating cold stuff or being in the cold. You get sick from bacteria and viruses. The only reason people get sick more often in the winter is because they don't air out their habitats (open windows) to air out the viruses. These viruses also live longer in the warm temps (when heaters are on). So, no, you don't get sick from cold weather.

Cold things and cold weather don't cause colds... viruses do.
However, cold weather can weaken the lining of the nasal passages and allow viruses easier access to your bloodstream.
Eating cold food isn't going to do anything, other than put on the pounds.

no a cold is a virus. If you are in the cold too long without proper clothing you can become more apt to get the cold virus because your bodies immunity goes down.

the cold does not give u a cold. having the cold could cause problems, like girls who wear their tops short and the cold can affect their kidneys. or being in the cold and straight away moving into the warmth can cause a cold. but rumors of staying out of the rain because you could get sick is faulse. thats my opinion anyways.

Don't have anything too spicy, it will irratate your thrat and your stomach. Maybe some pasta and cheese or tomato sauce, soup or stew is easy to eat, maybe a sandwich, some fruit, some toast, have something light. You haven't stated what kind of problems, so its hard to give more ideas. Ask your mom, they usually have the best solutions.

No, no and no. You have to be exposed to the virus itself, whether it's hot or cold. Being cold or in the cold has absolutely no bearing on it.

No & perhaps. Whether you catch a cold from exposure depends on a lot of factors. For example, your immune system and who you're with, etc.
