No. According to the 14th Amendment, people aren't recognized by the federal government until BIRTH. If you start counting fetuses as people as of conception, you have to give rights to anyone CONCEIVED within the borders, not just those BORN within them.

Yes. After all, Scott Peterson was tried for both Lacy's, and her unborn baby's deaths. The Libs won't see it that way though. They'd rather give aide to the terrorist's families that flew the planes into the buildings. Go figure.

It depends on how pregnant they were at the time. If you miscarry before a certain time. It's just considered a miscarriage. No funeral needed. However if your over 4 months ago and have a miscarriage then normally then the baby is buried.
