This question sounds familiar, like one that was asked by another girl about her boyfriend just a few days ago.
There's really no way for anyone here to know whether this guy is gay, bi or straight. I have a lot of straight guy friends that have their tongues pierced and as far as the mickey mouse shirts go, just because he wears them that doesn't mean there should be any cause for suspicion. He has bi friends, so what, it could be that he is just an open minded person with a level of respect for their lifestyle. If only all people could be that way.
The only way to know for sure is to ask him. If he says he's straight you need to respect his answer and trust him.
