I work in the mobile industry and have the K800i. I chose it considering I had my choice of any handset. The camera is fantastic, the xenon flash is great and works wonders in dark places. It supports stereo bluetooth and is easy to use. You can upgrade the memory to 2gb max. My only gripe is the joystick in the middle. If you play lots of games and use it for everything it will stop working properly after 7 months or so although you would still be under warranty and even with daily wear and tear it should be covered. There is more to write but I would highly recommend it. It is not a smartphone so you can't add applications onto it; if you did want to then the Nokia N73 has a 3.2 mp camera and runs on Symbian software and allows you to view pdf, word, excel and powerpoint files ~(on a 2.6" screen) but the Sony is more reliable and has a great screen

I have used this phone, and although the camera is great, the slider on the back is very annoying. It keeps opening in my pocket, taking photos so taking up memory and killing the battery. (It bypasses the key-lock). Getting the Nokia N73 which has simular camera (3.2 MP)

3.2 mega pixel camera, one of the best camera phones on the market. Great MP3 player. The best phone I have ever used and I get to test a lot!

I have one - it's a good phone. Excellent camera, great screen, easy to use.
My only criticism on mine would be that the little slider on the back that covers the camera lens has a tendency to open by itself in my pocket.
