I think that there would be a lot of people who'd buy it just because they were curious, and a lot of people who'd just like to have a title like that on their coffee table.

Yes, I think it would be of interest to people. I watched a documentary about dumpster diving. There actually are environmentally conscious people who do rummage through dumpsters of grocery stores for perfectly edible food that is thrown away by the tons every day (while people starve). So go for it.

Just looking at the title for your book makes me not even want to buy it. Think of a better book title before you think it will be successful at all.

Depends on how you define "successful". I think some would buy it just out of curiosity or because they are wanting to read a humorous book.

all books have th e potitial of becoming sucessfull , but it all depends on what u put into it and how its put into it so yes it could be
