Actually the theory behind the platohedran is involed in geometry, which is now known by some as sacred geometry. The platohedran consisted of the 5 platonic solids(there are five alone and always will be. Each solid was given a connection to an individual element acording on the mobility of both the object and the element. Earth, fire, wind, water, and the heavens. The instrument of truth that was created on samotrase island, which is the actual birthplace of pathagoras, is based on transendendial ratios such as pi and the long ignored Devine Ratio, or PHI. As for Euclic creating the new universe itself on the pavement I believe is merely symbolistic of the world that is based upon mathimatics and science that we live in today.
