Yes...it serves 2 purposes. First its a cleansing mechanism to keep the vaginal canal clean. Secondly, its lubrication for sex. Every time you become sexually stimulated (even if its unconsciously), your vagina will produce a small amount of discharge to prepare for penetration.
If you find it bothersome, wear cotton underwear, use a panty liner when its really heavy and go to the bathroom often to wipe away the excess.

yeah, all women have vaginal discharge....your vagina produces the discharge to clean it. its normal for women to have it even when it's not close to your period. its probably strongest AFTER your period because it's cleaning all the blood that is left ( sorry if that sounds gross) so don't worry, your gyno said everything was fine. you're normal.

Yes. The vagina constantly sheds cells as does the rest of your body. If it gets real heavy or smells bad, it is time to see you Gyn Doctor.
I had a hysterectomy 20 years ago and I still have some discharge from time to time.

If it has an odor to it..you need to talk to your physician. It's probably a sign of infection. These do not show in a pap test. Good luck!

Yes it is perfectly normal! The vagina is self cleaning & the bad stuff has to go some where. Unless you start feeling discomfort, it starts to smell really bad, or it turns a funky color you are perfectly fine!

Yep. Every day. It's your body's way of keeping it clean in there - self cleaning, so don't douche! Some days there is more, some days there is less, but there's always some.
