It's very cute! But it seems too light for a winter formal. Maybe go a little longer in length or add some cap sleeves?

I think this is a very good dress, prints such as polka dots are very in this year and with the pink trim you'll lighten the winter woe's and brighten every onces day, i would suggest some nice silver jewelery and dangly earings, they'll go perfectly with the dress, have fun at your formal!

It's very cute! But I don't know if I would wear it to a winter formal, it seems too cold. I would wear something a little longer, but if you don't mind being cold go with it.

It's kind of short for a winter formal, more for a sping formal. Cheack out some longer dresses.

That is too cute....but I wouldnt wear it to a winter formal. Maybe spring or fall? You can still buy it and save it until spring comes....if u wanted to

don't get me wrong it's TOTALLY cute.. but maybe that would be nicer for something in the spring.. i always go with like golds, whites, blues, greens, and reds for winter occassions.. just a suggestion!! if u don't find something else that u like that looks a little more "wintery".. definitely go with that.. it's really cute =]
