Someone said it is a lifestyle. No, its just a fad. Also, cRAP is not music, its mucous-th arrangements are lousy, th 'drumming' sounds like a 7 y.o. is playing, th lyrics r degrading 2 women, etc,etc. There r characters who do behave this way & they should get their brains out of CARTOON WORLD....PS, most WRAPPERS cant & dont play a musical instrument.

I don't know. Why in the 80s did everyone want to be Madonna and Molly Ringwald and the guys off Miami Vice?
We are fueled by tv. Ever watch the shows on VH1 and MTV, all about super rich people. From 16 year olds birthday parties to star homes and super rich vacations.
the bling is the current trend. Don't worry, in 5 years we'll be onto a new daft depraived trend.

Its a toss up between grasp P and money money. It hit me hard after I noticed a white girl (no offense) and her teenage daughter blasting "back That A-- Up" at a purple gentle sooner or later. It rocked my world and alterations my entire belief of hip hop from that point on. I nonetheless hate bling bling but unfortunately it sells products and that is what we (most of us) believe is foremost proper?

Well for one the music is good. Plus it portrays a lifestyle. When you think of yourself living this lifestyle you get a higher confidence level.No one forces you to hang out with these people so just leave them alone if they like the way they are whats wrong with that

the reason they make those type of videos is cuz they know that certain ppl wanna live like that in the first place so they exploit it, its really no different than women who wear expensive jewelry, i myself wouldnt wear jewelry of any kind , cuz all youre doin is sayin"look i use to have 30,000 dollars, or how ever much it cost"
