First you should proably read your text book! But what kind of cells are you talking about prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.. they divide a bit differently.

But is this what you are looking for:
Interphase
Prophase
Metaphase
Anaphase
Telophase

Put simply, the cell cycle has three parts:

1. Interphase (G1, S, G2)
2. Mitosis (prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase)
3. Cytokinesis

Mitosis>>>>G1 (Gap 1)>>>>>>S1(DNA synthesis)>>>>>>G2(Gap 2)>>>>>>this is an ongoing cycle. Mitosis has an additional 4 phases prophase, metaphase, telophase and anaphase, plus cytokinesis....Interphase is not a part of mitosis but is often thought of as one since this phase happens just before mitosis
