Pass The Dutchie By Musical Youth.
And to the person who thought the song was about drugs, no it's not. A Dutchie is a West Indian Cooking pot.
The original version of the song that predates this version is about drugs though, which I believe about Pass the cuchie (cuchie being a spliff or joint of marijuana)
