Talk to an attorney and go for a "default" (no answer) dissolution- that means you proceed even though the other party has not/will not responded.

Well you should talk it over with an attorney that does free consultations. You can normally get an uncontested divorce whether the other person wants one or not. An uncontested divorce is one that is for couples that do not have any children, or property together. If you do have these things you should still talk to an attorney. You should be able to file as long as you have just cause. Good luck. Also depending on the state you have to be separated a year exactly to the date.

You should check into the laws in your states.I know some places have where you can file and get a divorce when the other person refuses. All you have to do is show cause and that they wont respond.

There is such thing as divorce in absentia....ask you lawyer about it.....if you dont push for that your lawyer can just keep billing you for the work he or she does waiting for your husband to show up...(keeping the case open).
