It could be any of a million things. But I would check the ethernet cables. Then again you never said if it's wired or not. You need to put more info if you want a good answer.
... by the way, you can safely ignore the first three people. If the other computers are fine, it's not your provider.
I doubt it's your router and it's definitely not the provider, so you need to look from the cable going to that computer all the way into the networking software of that computer. That's alot to cover.

We need some details.
Wired? Wireless? Mix?
What type of Router are you using?
Thanks for the details. Assuming everything is being set-up with DHCP right? If not you need to check all the IP addresses, Masks and gateway addresses.
If two machines are using the same address, the will interfere with one another and one may act like there is an outage.
More likely you have a bad cable somewhere. Verify that the link lights on the router and computer network jack come on when the cable is connected. See if they are stillon when you are experiencing an outage. If the link light ever goes out, you have a loose connection or bad cable.

It could be your service provider that is making it disconnect a lot or maybe you just didn't set up the network connection correctly and it keeps doing that to yo.

might be your NIC (Network Interface Card, where the LAN cable plugs into) or it might even just be the cable itself. It could be so many things. What you can try is, go to the network connections page, right click on the connection that keeps droping, and choose "repair"

I'm afraid that's not enough info. What kind of internet are you using?
To earn the most useless answer: check if all your cables are in place and that you're not walking on them.

what variety of information superhighway are you employing, instantaneous? and is your computing device fairly previous and does it freeze once you're actually not online (like employing offline classes and softwares), if it purely freezes once you're on the internet, it is probably something incorrect with your service, call the customer service hotline and that they might assist you from there
