If it's not from the cast of the 70's then it's probably not worth bothering with. Sorry. But no cast beats Gilda, John, Dan, Laraine, and Jane. Though there were some great moments in the 80's with Steve Eddie and Lily.

It was Chris Farley in SNL Season 18, Episode 19. When the housekeeper finds a bag of pot in the house, the parents of the two teenagers decide to hire a motivational speaker for the kids rather than giving them a lecture.
Chris Farley plays the nerdy motivational speaker named Matt Foley and he's using his miserable life (because HE lives in a van down by the river) as an example to "motivate" them.
After much stumbling around by the motivational speaker, punctuated by repetition of "... Van Down By The River!!," the kids are terrified back into their senses when Matt Foley runs out of the house to grab his gear to move in with them.
The skit ends with a warm group hug.
The end.

That would be the volumous, and deceased Chris Farley. They have that sketch on the Best of Chris Farley DVD, as well as some other great ones such as the Lunch Lady, and the Dirty Dancing skit with Patrick Swayze.
