I'm not a fan of rap music either. I prefer rock.

Hate is a pretty strong word.
It's not that bad.
And really, if we all keep our minds open to new things, rap music blends in with all of the other music we get to listen to. Thank goodness we live in this free country, eh?

I grew up on it. I used to love it, but recent songs have killed my interest. I can barely stand the radio and have grown tiresome of the repetitive songs that are made each month.
I rarely consider radio rap as rap anymore. Look back on the 80s and 90s, and see what rap used to be. That was rap. Anything with sluts in music videos, or songs about shaking your booty are not rap or hip-hop. I have termed it hip-pop. Its sadly disgusting.

I like some rap, but there's some rap that I can't stand. I like it when a rap song has a good bass part and a good beat. The thing I like least about rap is that there's often no electric guitar part (guitar solos).

Well there is Rap metal, that kind I like becuase it has pure sense. But pure so-called crunk or southern rap, God I hate that!

A hate it cause all it talks about is woman and sex and being thier sex toys it has no respect to women i perfer pop and those sappy love songs than rap.

I don't hate Rap Music...Rap Music doesn't exist. There is no music involved. However, I do detest rap.

i dont hate it, i love more of the old school stuff though.....

Rap is something my uncle calls illiteracy to a beat. There are different kinds of rap and some are purely about sex, drugs, and violence. That, I don't like. But, there are some about family and friends, God and all that. Those kinds are really good.
