Go on the BBC.co.uk website, education section.
From there you can search all the league tables, using whatever criteria you want.

I really do not have the answer to this, but I would suggest that Government interference with the school teaching system has a lot to do with the head Lines. What is even more interesting is the statement given by the Schools Minister Diana Johnson, when these figures were put to her. She said: More kids have have been taught to write and read than would have been possible without a Labour Government.The majority who don't reach the level have special educational needs" That is what you would expect from a Government Minister from the Labour Party.The only people I know who are in need of special educational needs are those who attempt to run the country, but have no idea how to educate our kids properly.
