Coyote & Roadrunner, with Sylvester & Tweety as the runner up.
As for Daffy Duck & Bugs Bunny.
With the story plot of the cartoons, it's usually more like just Bugs Bunny rather Daffy Duck & Bugs Bunny, Daffy is usually relegated as not part of the couple, unlike Coyote and Sylvester.
