Is the Disney Boardwalk between the two? Can you walk there on the way? How long would this take, would it be an hour break or would it be like a whole afternoon thing? I often enjoy a nice walk in good weather and I prefer to avoid waiting in lines whenever possible.

It does not take half a day to walk between the Disney Studios and EPCOT. I've done it many times. On average, 20 minutes, tops. Across from the studio's main entrance is the river. There are walk-ways on either side and you can follow the lit walkway to the rear entrance to EPCOT. It will let you in right around the France Pavilion. Provided the weather is nice, the walk is quite enjoyable. :)

The Boardwalk is on the other side, so you'd make a seperate trip to that resort. Its worth visiting! Be sure to visit Jelly Rolls and check out the fun dueling pianos!

Yes the boardwalk is between the two. It is closer to the entrance of MGM because it is on the backside of epcot. No I would not reccomend walking there. You could possibly walk to a different hotel on the boardwalk and then catch a closer bus to Epcot or MGM. If you walked there a lone it would be at least a 1 1/2 hour walk. Yes a whole afternoon thing! There are never many lines for the buses. They come about eveyr 10 minutes so you do not have to wait that long! Good Luck!

Yes you can walk between MGM and the International Gateway of Epcot. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes. It is a lovely walk. There is a sidewalk that runs along the waterway. If you are leaving MGM you will walk past the boardwalk then cross over by the Beach Club to get to the Epcot Entrance. It is the way that my husband and I used to do it when our daughter was still in her stroller. Now she is five and it is a bit of a hike for her so we take the boat which also takes about 15 minutes.
I hope this helped.

the only parks you may stroll to from one yet another are EPCOT and MGM Studios. There are actually not any sidewalks on maximum of Disney property between parks. it fairly is generally to guard the travellers of the Walt Disney worldwide motel. assorted the roads are "considerable" highway-variety roads, and Walt Disney worldwide is a secure organic worldwide conservation area the place one third of the land is desperate aside relatively to allow wild community animals roam loose. besides, once you stroll a million.33 miles worldwide huge show off at EPCOT (for one around-holiday), do you fairly think of you may % to stroll homestead in a while? (by the way, Walt Disney worldwide property is two times the dimensions of vast apple, long island.)

The Boardwalk is across the street from MGM. It would take half the day to walk from one park to the next. Take the buses.
