BushOilCo and Neocons are one and the same, Bush is just the poster boy for some really dark men and the international Houses of Power they belong to. Their current play for Dominion over the Middle East and the problems that result from that, is part of a historical pattern. The world probably blames Bush Jr., but he is just an obvious flunky for the dark forces behind him. To him "most of our imports come from outside the country." To those who set him up, this is a most deadly game and they are not to be underestimated. Would that world public opinion was only a fraction as well informed as they.

The rest of the world thinks the US doesn't deserve to be the leader of the free world. We've only been a country for 231 years. They've been around a lot longer and are jealous that we've become an economic juggernaught in such a short time. It's an inferiority complex.

The human race is responsible for the problems of the world, just some members are more responsible than others.
Your question is kinda unfair because according to you either Bush or Neocons are responsible for all the problems.

i dont think he has to be blamed for all probs in the world...he is not acting alone..each one of us has done things that has resulted to these crises we are facing...just like to re-elect him..why? so he can continue to wage war to countries he/his allies thinks that there's a need to?....i only blame him for the violence that is happening around...it's an irony how a man's wrong move can put the world into chaos.....so much for having very educated people,they know too much!

Bush and the neo-cons who control the administration have done the following:
1) created a mess in Iraq
2) ballooned the deficit to highest level EVER
3) made the world distrust America even more
4) almost ruined the United Nations
5) suppressed scientific warnings about global warming.
