I recently turned 18 and want to go clubbing with my good friend. However, I do not have my drivers lisence. Do i need one to get in?

Not a drivers license per se, but you DO need a state-issued ID of some sort. You can get those at the Secretary of State's office in your state.

Go to your local courthouse and stand in the driver's license line. After about a day and a half, you'll get to a counter behind which will be a fairly surly clerk. Tell that person that you want to apply for a non driver ID. It will look just like a driver's license (or very similar) except it will say clearly on it that it is a non driver ID. It'll cost you close to whatever a driver's license costs.

You will need some form of state ID. The club owners will check for people under 21 years old, some clubs will allow people under 21 to enter, some won't. If you are allowed in, they usually have a different hand stamp that denotes your under age so they can't sell booze to you.

I have seen people use Driver License, Military License, people from out of country using passports.
Only other way is to get a fake I.D., but you gots to have connections......
