Why do I have so many fragments of dreams that I think about when I wake up? Some just make no sense, but it seems like there are so many, every morning. Is this normal? I know I sleep light usually.

My dreams are so crazy and detailed! But if you can remember a dream it means something. Sometimes I will have two crazy and completely different dreams and find out the mean the same thing! Try writing them down not matter how crazy just to get a better insight. Then check out this site dreammoods.com but watch out they are not always right. Sometimes you just have to go with your instincts. Just to prove it last night I dreamt I was a mouse flying a plane! Good luck!

I think light sleep is the key to remembering dreams because I'm also a light sleeper and- same deal! Sometimes dreams hang around all day. Normal is as normal does. ;P The funniest thing I've noticed is that when I'm falling asleep, if I'm suddenly awakened, I remember a bunch of words that were forming the plot of my dream that make no sense. "The core of the sidewinds collateral escaped the brick", and I'll recall talking to someone in my dream while standing near a brick building maybe. You probably need more sleep though- I know I do. :P

You do have a sturdy aspect to you and also you experience that you'll keep those negative concepts away through concentrating authentic complicated and protecting solid concepts basically on your concepts. the 2d dream is about your effective and negative aspect, once lower back. though you experience that you're comfortable with those different individuals, there is something about them that you do not believe. they seem standard yet perchance you're questioning that they say issues about you, that make you experience inferior. Yes, it's normal. This morning I woke up with a flash of kayaking around a bunch of icebergs, a soggy dog in a box, blood all over the place (can't remember from what), and my neice who was trying to get me to talk to her about playing the flute (which I do not).
Weird what your mind does when you pass off all control.
