How can I, as a man, know what it feels like to have menstrual cramps? I'm just curious? What is the best sensation that will simulate that pain?

Perhaps cutting yourself below the groin area and having it bleed for a while? I don't know sorry.

It feels like a little creature playing with fireworks and bombs and kicking you all over and practicing shooting a gun in the waist area.
The pain spreads to my right thigh sometimes. It's kind of like a pressure being applied. It really, really, really HURTS, but sometimes if you focus on something else, have a Tylenol, or run around it helps a bit. But trust me, I don't feel like doing anything except lying around and moaning my heart out...
I've always wondered, how does it feel to be kicked in the balls? And how do men pee into those little fountain thingies?

oh my god, words cant describe the feelings, but its like nothing else. you feel as if something is pulling your insides apart, and bending your spinal cord...it is a gift from god to all males not having them go through the pain of menstural cramps!

Cramps,sick on your stomach and bloated. Real sleepy and cold. You feel weak and ill...

I have a great one for childbirth. Grab your bottom lip, pinch it as hard as you can..now pinch it harder..
Now pull it over the back of your head.

It's almost as bad as getting kicked in the balls. Not completely, but close to.
I'm assuming this. I almost get that expression on my face guys get when I get my cramps.

horroible, horrible gas pain/pressure in your intestine area.
sometimes it hurts so bad your LEGS ache!
