Why does it say questions were askes 7 secs ago on front page but when you get to the question it says 7 mins?

I do mean on Yahoo answers

There will be a delay around 10-15 seconds because all info is inserted into a table in a database, The database has a cache ( so it doesnt need to continually run a query on the table) which probably only refreshes every 10 seconds or so.

it take's that long for the people at yahoo to type them into the answer's page
