Yes, menstrual cycles do regulate, but unless two women have been together (like, family in the same house, or a roomie) for a while, it's a 20% chance that you and another woman will have the same menstral cycle.

No I am on mine now. But it is true women who spend a good deal off time together cycle together b/c my b/f friend's sister and I are the same and 4 of us at my old job all started the same week. It is cool at times b/c then you all can pig out together but hten it sucks b/c that is a lot of PMS.
