I want to send multiple emails but is there an easier way than adding all the addresses into my contacts one by one. I have a list on notepad and wondered if I can simply copy and paste them.

In outlook go to File - New - Distribution List (or press Ctrl, Shift,L together). From there you can add new or pick recipients from a distribution list.. Give it a name and save it. then when you want to send an email to a group., choose the group nae in the "To" box of Outlook. it will automatically send to all members of that group

Go to the 'File' menu then click 'New Distribution List'. Type what you want to call the list in the name box. Then on the distribution list click select members. The from the address book click the addresses you want to add. Add the names just like when you create a message. Then I think you have done it.

Choose File->New->Distribution List (or Ctl-Shift-L)
Name the distribution list
Copy from your list in notepad (Ctl-C) and Paste into the distribution list (they may need to be separated by a semi-colon).

Save the distribution list and use this instead of an Email address in the Email to field.

Hope this helps.

Click the little address book on top of screen, click on the new contact icon, click on new distribution list, name the list, click on "select members" to choose who you want in the list.

Outlook show is relatively very friendly and human beings like to apply it as its fairly common to apply. on the subject of the server settings , the SMTP server is ur isp service placing and the POP is the mail placing. yet you cant use yahoo in ur outlook show as yahoo is a paid server. purely gmail and warm mail bills could be activated as they are free of value.
