I got a faint positive again today.(2nd test in a week), But my period is due on jan 21 and I am having cramps like my period is about to start, do you think that the test was right or would my period affect the hpt. I dont feel any different, could it be wrong? (ttc for 4 months now). Thanks for your answer...

It's possible that you could be pregnant. When i got pregnant this time and with my son, the sign was supposed to be a plus sign and one line came up all the way and the other line you could barely see. So with my first pregnancy i went like five months before i ever went to the doctor because i didn't think i was pregnant and i didn't really have any symptoms besides heartburn and being really really tired.

Most early pregnancy symptoms are that of PMS (including cramps)... You may or may not be pregnant...Wait until you period is due or is missed , then test again...& get a test at the doctors!!! I didn't feel different after I found out either. After the first month or so of not having a period it starts to set in, by then you will be growing & probably able to hear the heartbeat around 12-13 weeks! If you are pregnant you can condier your self 1 month/ 4 weeks on the 21 st! Good Luck. It took me 6 months TTC!

I had cramps for the first three months of my pregnancy. Everyone is different. I had a friend that took 3 tests all were very light positives and had 1 period and was still pregnant. Try first response test it is usually pretty accurate. I am not sure what you are wanting but I hope that it goes the way you want. Good Luck.

It sounds like you're pregnant! False positives are very rare, and not everyone has pregnancy symptoms so early. The cramps could be the baby implanting and starting to grow. Usually a positive is a positive, no matter how faint. It is kinda early to get a positive test, but definitely possible. Maybe your ovulated earlier than you thought this month? I would wait until your perious is actually late before you make a dr. appt, but I think congratulations are probably in order!

I had cramps like a week before my expected period. Thats when I knew something was up.... if you are getting a faint line BEFORE you start then chances are you might be. Wait until the 22nd and take another. Or better yet make and appt for blood test for 100% confirmation! Good luck!!!

Usually even a faint positive is a positive. I would try again right after your period is due and see what the outcome is. Some women do not have any symptoms this early. Good Luck!

I just knew I was pregnant before I even missed my first period even though I was told I couldn't have kids without help. It's unusual for a test to come up possitive before your missed period but not impossible. It's also possible that something you are taking medically is causing a false negative. But if you are not on any medication and you have taken two which have come back possitive and it is possible that you are pregnant (unprotected sex or even burst condom) then it's something you have to take seriously. Pregnancy tests are about 99.9% accurate. Go to your doctor to get it checked out. I had to buy a test which has a screen on it saying either pregnant or not pregnant before i believed it. You should try that.

If it came up a faint positive you are pregnant, most women don't find out till after a missed period. Sometimes they can spontaniusly miscarry and many women don't know, cramping is normal in the first trimester though.

take a blood test to confirm it..but sounds like you are pregnant...i was 3 weeks with a faint positive sign..and the next day did a blood test and it came back a positve and they are more accurate... and you will feel like you are getting your period for the first 3 months..just the cramp feeling...good luck and congrats..
