(2.2 lbs = 1 kg, 28 g = 1 oz)

280 mg/kg * kg/2.2 lbs * oz/28 g * g/1000 mg = 4.5E-3 oz/lb

For 220 lb, the dose is 220 * 4.5E-3 = 1 oz.
