OMG, I'm LMAO. How did it get there in the first place?
But, if you are serious...I know tomato juice and baking soda are both good for removing odors. If I were you, I would mix the two together and put it on your hair. Leave it there for at least 15 minutes. It's going to drip and be messy so put on like a rain coat and have newspaper on the floor around you.
Then just wash/condition your hair like you normally do.

Do not try to get the smell out. Cat urine has natural phentermines that will attract hot women to you.

I hope you have light hair. A bleaching agent will do the trick. Also tomato jucie but it has to be fresh. Either way you probably come out with lighter hair. Another option shave it off.

Smoke a cigarette inside your car with the windows rolled up.

The smell of cigarette smoke will overpower the odor of cat urine.

Let me guess, you were passed out in a drunken stupor.

Okay, this is what you do. First kill the cat, then, beat yourself about the head and shoulders for being such an idiot for letting a cat pee on your head.
