If it's the gas tank, no there is no home remedies that will fix it, and it is very unsafe to be driving the vehicle with a leak in the tank.

You're really playing with your life, the life of anyone in the car with you, and the lives of all those around your vehicle when it comes to a leaking gas tank. It could catch fire at any point if there is a close enough spark to ignite the fumes.

I recommend getting it replaced rather than fixed ASAP.

Not knowing what kind of truck you have the answers are general in nature. The gas leak will require you to replace the hose. The transmission may show full for now, as a little oil or fluid makes a large mess. Have someone who knows about vehicles look at this for you.
