it happens even in temperature such as -10 c. its a sedan.

It is normal for a car to smoke when you start it in that temperature but should reduce or completely go out once the engine is hot..
If it has blue smoke and smells like burning oil than most probably oil is leaking in to the combustion chamber and that means that your piston rings have worn out.

if its blue,then its oil burning and if its black then its too much gas.if its black,check the fuel pump regulator.
