if you rate the pain on a scale from 1-10 and it is higher than a 7 you should go to the ER...also if there is more blood than a period than go to the ER. You could just be spotting or getting your period. you know your body, if you think you need medical attention, than get it

If that is not the norm for you, call the dr. soon. It may be a ectopic pregnancy. I read up on that when I was having a miscarriage. Or it may just be a new period symptom that you will have sometimes. Either way, a dr. will be able to help you more.

During my period I have the same pains and blood clots. If this is not during your period then seek medical attention.

Get your doctor to refer you to a gyno. They can do all sorts of tests.
