I am on the "do not call list. How can i stop this recently I have been receiving 5-7 calls daily?

Who is calling you ? If it is some you do business with like the phone company or someone you owe money to, they can call you.

Continue to ask to be put on the do not call list. Eventually, the calls will stop. But, yes if it is a collection agency trying to seek payment for past due bills they can call you.
