The problem with calculus is that the knowledge "builds up", I mean, what you learn in the lesson today, you may apply that for your next lesson. And that may be the foundation for the next, etc. Therefore, if you don't understand fully one lesson, you will get confused with the next ones.

my advice, try to resolve many exercises, because you can get more understanding by doing so.

And, also try to understand what is going on, that will help in the future.

Depends on how much effort you put in the subject. Study helps, if your not going to try then yes it is hard.

Have you done well at math so far, then there is no reason to expect the trend to change unless you change the amount of effort you put into the subject.

Less effort, less results.
