He's obviously noticed that your feeling a little insecure with the way you look right now, he's just trying to comfort you and tell you he loves you, and thinks you look great! Its hard for guys to approach the subject of 'weight' with their wifes... cause there appears to be no right answer! When he says "I love you no matter what", it could be constrewed as 'you look like crap but I still love you'... think of it this way... what if he turned to you and said 'I'm just not attracted to you right now'... then you'd be really pissed!! See there really is no right answer!! lol. Honestly, he's just trying to tell you he loves you for WHO you are, not just the way you look. It's kinda sweet really..
My bf says stuff like that to me all the time too... I call it "The back-handed complement'. I know he means well... but it just sounds kind of insulting. I always call him on it... and watch the back peddling begin...

I am sure he does love you no matter what. Love is one of those things that you just keep doing even when you are unhappy with a person or their situation. He may find you more attractive if you lose the weight but he will love you just the same.

Thank him for loving you like that and then ask him to help you lose the weight if you want to lose it. If he loves you like he says, he will come to your aid there as well. Many times the weight does not come off because there is not a support structure around you. Believe him, but tell him you want to get there for him and would like his help. You both win...

It doesn't matter. It would be nice, but it doesn't matter. We love you no matter what; believe me. If our hearts and souls are into you than the only thing that matters is that you are there in the morning to snuggle up to, and there at night to crawl into bed with.
But, if you want to make it better than it is; than you do what you think, like we all do. But, outside of that; we love you just the same. K

My gf finally quit stripping and doing drugs. Both were the reasons for her being slim. Now she has gained over 40 lbs and hates her weight. I think she is sexier now than before. i love the way she is now more than before. Love isnt about the weight but about how you see the other person in your own eyes. My gf looks healthy now.

Believe him. Keep trying to lose the weight but remember you're doing it for you more than him. He loves you no matter what.

He is either lying or doesn't want other men to look at you. Loosing weight isn't that hard. Just eat healthy. Stop putting your hand to your mouth, stop it.
If he is a big boy, maybe he wants a big woman,,,,, nope that is just an excuse to make you feel better. Almost noone wants a fatty. sorry.

I know it's hard, but let go of your negative self image and believe him. I'm still trying to get rid of some baby weight from 8 months ago. My hubby says he loves me and proves it by going to the gym with me and supporting me. He says he loves you, so accept it.

if it did matter to him wouldn't he say so? if he still treats u like he loves u and there is no disrespect than take him at his word, think the weight bothers u more than it does him.

Maybe he believes love is more than physical attraction. "Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."
