Talk to your OBGYN. It can be a sign of complications and you may need to check it more often. You can rest more, elevate your feet as much as possible, try not to gain too much wait, avoid salty stuff, drink your water.

High blood pressure is hereditary. I know I have it. I never had it when I was pregnant with my girls though. Just make sure you don't get easily upset at things and make sure you stay away from the salt.
