A long discussion has resulted in Science is the answer, O3 is what the ozone layer is made from and therefore we should manufacture O3 and use the smell of geraniums to fix it. Next we need something to take the O3 to the top of the atmosphere, when condours do this they use thermals which is what we should do. Ask another question soon.

About the Mars thing in a previous answer. Europe has launched a 'telescope' that is searching for planets like ours with a similar atmosphere and similar elements, the U.S are launching one next year...maybe we will all be living on a different planet one day!
