I love taco salads myself--I make them here at home and they are great!!!! My hubby is mexican by the way--I sure you're not-----oh well--he's my angel and he's a soldier in Iraq--need I say more?

I'm not sure what your question is here...but, if I make this salad at home, I try to use only the freshest ingrediants, and fortunately for me, when I have ordered a taco salad at a fast food place, or a mexican restaurant, I have been lucky at getting served a fresh salad.
