My husband and I have one child together already. She is 2. But I keep having a dream about having another baby. And it is a boy. And we cannot agree on what to name the child. It is weird.

Subconsciously you feel that your child needs companion. Dreaming of having a sibling for your baby is normal. That also translates into some sort of discontent in you. You may feel it is complete for having one child. Projecting another baby is a deep desire from your subconscious mind. It is normal for parents who have only child. First off..... you're dreaming about this child so you have not actually looked at the childs face....
But lets go with it;
Do what we did....both of you take a 3x5 card out and write down the ten names you would consider in the order you like #1 - #10.
Then compare both cards at the same time and the name of your new child is the name you both agree upon.

When we sleep, our bodies and perception shut down, but the brain doesn't. Things we experience, feel and think during the day, even if we aren't conscious of it, can remain active and be associated at night...this is dreaming.
