I like 10 minute hot showers, or just a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows.
You could also try reading a chapter of a "not-textbook" kind of book or going for a short walk or playing an online game or investing in one of those blowup punching bags...
whatever makes you happy is a good stress reliever.

Power naps no longer that 15 minutes. If you have enough time in the day go bowling. I found bowling was really good for relieving stress that a nap could not help

When i get stressed and frusterated i like to listen to some really angry music and just youknow jump around scream along hit a pillow. It releases all that pent up energy, leaves you feeling refreshed (Break Sh*t by limp bizket is actually the perfect song for this i dont like the band that much but that song really helps get the agression out)

Run around campus. If its weather appropriate, swim. If your are near a lake or ocean, watch the waves, and if you are really bad off, scream at the top of your lungs till you feel better.

Alcohol.
Kidding. Try hot tea and a bit of meditation.
Sorry about the "quick' part, but that's a tough one to stay quick and appropriate.

take a seat in a chair with your ft flat on the floor. carry your left index finger with your spectacular hand. close your eyes and take countless deep breaths letting your shoulders, face, neck and legs loosen up. purely experience your physique, your rigidity, each thing flowing down into the floor. you additionally can stand with your knees extremely bent, bend forward on the hips and permit your torso dangle down and your hands touch your feet. returned breathe and experience each thing purely sinking into the earth. (get up CAREFULY after doing this one - do it to at once and you oculd get dizzy) Or attempt some yoga - - there are common stretches to decrease rigidity.
