When i go to sleep at night next to my boyfriend , i always cuddle up to him, but he has been pushing me away and saying i absorb or Zap his energy. Apparently it gets so intence for him that it wakes him up and he can feel his energy going from him into my hands and through my body. I like to think im only taking his bad energy away but he thinks im taking his good energy sometimes. Would anyone be able to help me with understanding why this happens and what it means?
Thank you

I find it hard to believe that one can zap energy. Maybe he just gets too uncomfortable or too hot when you get close to him.

Try adjusting the thermostat downwards and see if it reduces the energy zapping :)

This sounds like an issue that will need both of you to resolve. He is giving away too much of himself by not pulling in and holding a boundary of where he begins and ends. For yourself, it appears that there is not enough energy within yourself that you are pulling it from other people, and they can feel it. Sharing energy once in awhile is not a bad thing but it's no good for either of you if he cannot prevent his life force from being sucked away and you are taking from others to fill yourself, if that makes any sense. l don't mean this in any offensive way. Additionally, you say you like to think you are only taking his bad energy - if you are then you are taking on his problems and illness energetically as your own and this will only cause you more pain and struggle, which in turn continues the cycle of needing more from him and others to feel good. This may not be happening on a conscious level, especially if it appears mostly to happen while you are asleep. Ultimately, he is allowing this transfer to occur as well as you. I would suggest he think conciously before going to bed about pulling in his energy field and placing an energetic barrier around himself, as conscious intention is the best way to manifest what you need. For you, I would first ask how you feel about yourself and what you feel you need from him. Do you find yourself feeling you need him to survive? Be confident and believe in yourself that you can stand alone. I would also suggest getting some reiki as I think you will find it to work wonders in how you feel. It fills you with healing energy, not leaving room to need to be filled from someone else. This is simply what I have learned from doing energy work and I don't mean anything in it to be offensive or presumptuous. Perhaps nothing I have said makes sense and yet, somehow feels to ring true on some level. In any event, I think it will help. Thank You.

Um, yeah.

Like you should be on Heroes or something?

Sounds to me like it's whatever he made up to make you get off of him so that he can sleep. Cuddling is nice and all, but it doesn't necessarily allow both partners to be in the optimum position for sleeping. I suspect that his energy is drained because he's not sleeping well, due to simple discomfort.

Try cuddling with him for a bit then say good night and venture to your sleep positions that make each of you comfortable . I believe that is what he is trying to say to you. It really means that he is not getting a good nights sleep, it has nothing to do with not loving you. It is important to be comfortable in order to get the best out of your sleep and feel energized in the morning .
